Campaigners in Wakefield are celebrating after successfully getting Pokemon Go sites removed from Sandal Castle.
There were concerns people playing the game were causing damage to the historic site.
But the Friends of the Castle group says company Niantic have now agreed to take the PokeStops there down.
"The great issue was that people were scaling the walls in order to access these sites," said Vice Chairman of the group Dr Keith Souter.
"Now there is no necessity for that.
"So that hopefully will have taken care of a lot of the gouging out on the tracks."
